Dadima’s Cole Slaw

Ingredients

1 Baby Cabbage  
1 Large Green Pepper
4 Med Carrots
½ t Fine Salt (iodated)
½ t Dada's White Pepper Powder
750g Mayonnaise

METHOD

1.    Chop all vegetables Fine

2.    Add seasonings

3.    Toss above ingredients into a large bowl and mix with mayonnaise.

4.    An accompaniment to any meal

 

 Dadima’s Colourful Bean Salad

Ingredients

3 cups Small noodles (desired shape)  
1 t Fine Salt (iodated)
1 of 420g Tin Baked Beans
1 of 420g Tin Green Beans (drain)
1 of 420g Red kidney beans (drain)
1 Small Red Pepper (sliced thin)
1 Small Green Pepper (sliced thin)
1 t Fine Salt (iodated)
½ t Dada's White Pepper Powder

METHOD

1.    Boil noodles with 1 t iodated fine salt for approximately 25 minutes.

2.    In a seperated deep bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

3.    Add Seasonings.

4.    Serve in a transparent deep glass serrver.

5.    For best result serve chilled.
